I had to sign up with Firefox. Not sure why Vivaldi would not show all of the header menu. The text links to the left of the share and magnifying glass icon are not visible.
I have the vivaldi blocking set to none. Also everything is blank until scrolling down to the word Categories on the home page. By blank, I mean the content area is just the background color. The side background image and site name are visible.

I was unable to reproduce this with 6.6.3271 on Debian 12.
The header menu changes when you scroll down the page. That version of the menu only show the search icon and social buttons.
