That looks like it has some weight to it.
This showed up in the post. 1997 pro audio with the Event ECHO. Echo was one of the few companies that worked with developers to get their audio interfaces working on Linux.
It has a Motorola 56301 DSP chilling out on the PCB so it might have a few tricks.

Welp, 1997 tech didn't play nice with the AM4 mobo with PCI holes. Causes a bootloop the second GRUB attempts to go brr.
Popped it into a P4 mobo, it managed to get past the installer, so I think the card is good.
