Hi there!! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend.
Does anyone has tried this Icon/Harrison interface? One reviewer said during his review that the interface is plug-and-play for Mac OS. I assume it then would work under Linux because it is USB-compliant?

It's compatible with iOS and Android (that's what you're looking for) so the basic functions should work with Linux.
That said, Harrison is not a name I would look for on an interface.
